Terms and Conditions – PriceCart Calculator

These terms govern the use of PriceCart Calculator (the "App"), provided by Deniz Uyanık, Türkiye ("we", "us"). By installing or using the App you ("you", the site owner) agree to them. If you do not agree, do not install the App.

1. The service

The App lets visitors of your Wix site enter values (such as size or quantity), see a price calculated from a formula you define, and add a Wix Stores product to the cart at that price. The App requires Wix Stores and a Wix site.

2. Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the formulas, prices, ranges and product choices you configure. Check them with test purchases before going live.

  • You are responsible for your store: taxes, shipping, refunds, consumer law, and the products and orders themselves.

  • You must have the right to use the content and text you add, and must not use the App unlawfully or to attack, overload or misuse the service.

3. Plans and billing

  • A free plan with usage limits is available. Paid plans (for example Pro and Business) are offered in the Wix App Market with the prices and limits shown there.

  • Paid plans are billed through Wix under Wix's own payment terms. Cancel, upgrade or downgrade from your Wix account; refunds follow Wix's policy.

  • When the monthly limit of your plan is reached, visitors cannot add calculated items to the cart until the next month or until you upgrade. Calculators above your plan's included number are not served.

  • Basic customisation (colours, fonts, texts) is free on every plan. We may change plans and prices with notice in the App Market listing; changes do not affect the current billing period.

4. Permissions

The App requests only the Wix permissions it needs to read your products, read and write the visitor's cart, and store its own settings. It does not access your orders, contacts or payment data beyond what is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Availability and support

We aim to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation; the App depends on Wix services. We provide support by email at denizuyanik@gmail.com and may update, change or remove features.

6. Intellectual property

The App, its code and its design belong to us. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it on your Wix site while the App is installed. Your own content and data remain yours.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of calculated prices. You are responsible for verifying that prices charged to customers are correct.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, lost sales or pricing errors resulting from your configuration or from use of the App. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim (or USD 50 if you used only the free plan). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

You can stop at any time by uninstalling the App. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or misuse the service. After removal, the App's settings stored in your site's collections remain on your site until you delete them.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how data is handled and forms part of these terms.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, and the courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer rights where you live.
