Privacy Policy – PriceCart Calculator

PriceCart Calculator (the "App") is provided by Deniz Uyanık, Türkiye ("we", "us"). You can reach us at denizuyanik@gmail.com. This policy explains what data the App handles when a site owner installs it on a Wix site and when visitors use it.

1. Who is who

  • Site owner: the person or business that installs the App on their Wix site. For visitor data, the site owner is the controller and we act as a processor on their behalf.

  • Visitor: a person using the site owner's website.

2. Data we handle

Site owners

  • Wix site and app instance identifiers and the plan you are on, received from Wix so that the App works and billing limits apply.

  • The calculators you create: titles, fields, formulas, prices, selected products, language and design settings. They are stored in the data collections of your own Wix site.

  • A monthly counter of items added to the cart (used for plan limits), also stored in your site's data collections.

Visitors

  • The values a visitor types or selects in a calculator (for example width and height) and the product options chosen. They are sent to our backend only to calculate the price and add the item to the cart.

  • These values are written to the cart line and, if the visitor orders, to the order, which belong to the site owner's Wix store. The App does not keep its own copy of them.

  • The App does not ask for names, email addresses, payment details or other personal data, and does not set its own cookies or use advertising or analytics trackers. The visitor's cart is handled by Wix.

3. How we use it

Only to provide the App: show the calculator, calculate the price on the server, add the item to the cart, enforce plan limits and show usage to the site owner, and give support when asked.

4. Sharing and hosting

We do not sell data and do not share it with third parties. The App runs on Wix infrastructure and uses Wix services (Wix Stores, Wix eCommerce, Wix Data), which process data under Wix's own terms and privacy policy. Payments are handled by Wix and the site owner's payment providers, not by the App.

5. Retention

Calculator settings and usage counters stay in the site's own collections until the site owner deletes them or removes the App. Cart and order data follow the site owner's and Wix's retention rules. When the App is uninstalled we stop receiving data from the site; any support emails are kept only as long as needed to handle the request.

6. Security

Prices are calculated only on the server from the stored calculator, requests are validated, and the App asks Wix for the minimum permissions it needs. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect the data we handle.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data or to object to its processing. Visitors should contact the site owner first, since the site owner controls visitor data; we will help the site owner respond. Site owners can contact us at denizuyanik@gmail.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Children

The App is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version; material changes will be announced in the App Market listing or the app dashboard.
