Deniz Uyanık ("Tulipa Games", "we", "us", or "our") operates the "Chess: Tactical Mind" (Satranç: Taktiksel Zeka) mobile application (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information Collection and Use

We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.

Personal Data While using our Service, you may choose to create an account to participate in the global leaderboard and save your progress. We may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including:

  • Email address

  • Password (encrypted and securely stored)

  • Nickname (Display Name)

Usage and Game Data We collect data related to your gameplay to provide features like the Global Leaderboard. This includes:

  • Your Elo score and game statistics.

  • This data is stored securely on our cloud database (Google Firebase).

2. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. These services have their own Privacy Policies:

  • Google AdMob: Used to serve advertisements. AdMob may use advertising IDs (such as Android Advertising ID or Apple IDFA) and cookies to serve personalized ads based on your interests. Google AdMob Privacy Policy

3. Data Deletion and Your Rights

You have the right to delete your account and all associated personal data at any time.

How to delete your data:

  1. Open the "Chess: Tactical Mind" application.

  2. Tap on the Settings (Gear Icon) or navigate to the Auth Panel.

  3. Tap on the "Delete My Account" (Hesabımı Sil) button.

  4. Confirm your choice in the prompt.

  5. Result: Your email, password, nickname, and all your leaderboard scores will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our active servers.

Alternatively, you can contact us at our support email to request manual data deletion.

4. Security of Data

The security of your data is important to us. We use Google Firebase Authentication to ensure your passwords are encrypted and secure. However, remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

5. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us so that we can remove that information.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
