Terms and Conditions for Service Finder Quiz

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using the Service Finder Quiz application ("the App") via the Wix App Market, you ("the User") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not install or use the App.

2. Description of Service

Service Finder Quiz is a custom filtering and matchmaking widget designed exclusively for Wix websites. It integrates directly with Wix Bookings to help website visitors find and book the appropriate services through an interactive, customizable quiz interface.

3. Data Privacy and User Data

We highly respect the privacy of you and your website visitors.

  • No Personal Data Collection: The App operates primarily on the client side. It does not harvest, store, or transmit personally identifiable information (PII) of your website visitors to any external servers.

  • Wix Data Access: The App requires read-only access to your Wix Bookings database (specifically the Bookings/Services collection) solely for the purpose of displaying and filtering your active services within the widget.

  • We do not sell, rent, or share your business data with any third parties.

4. License and Usage

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly in accordance with these Terms and the terms of the Wix App Market. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the App's fitness for a particular purpose, guarantee of conversion rates, or uninterrupted functionality. While we strive for seamless operation, we do not guarantee that the App will be completely error-free or strictly compatible with future, unreleased versions of the Wix platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Deniz Uyanık be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.

7. Modifications to the App and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
